Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to Analite Kit and purchases of digital template products, including checkout, secure delivery, licensing, and account-level support workflows.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and a valid email address.
Access to library purchases and invoices is tied to the account email used during checkout. If you use multiple emails, recovery may require support verification.
Template purchases grant a non-exclusive license for your permitted personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of original source files unless explicitly allowed by product terms.
License keys may be shown in your account purchase records. You are responsible for keeping license details private and using assets within each template's permitted scope.
Payments are processed through supported providers. After successful payment confirmation, downloads and license details are made available in your account library.
Delivery is digital. Download access is provided through secure, time-limited links generated from your purchased library items.
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not guaranteed unless required by law or approved for exceptional technical issues.
Refund review may require purchase identifiers such as transaction ID, payment reference, and issue details submitted through support channels.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations.
Automated abuse, fraudulent payment activity, and attempts to bypass file access controls may result in account suspension or legal enforcement.
Product descriptions, documentation links, and support notes are expected to reflect the actual deliverables. Buyers should review template details before purchase.
Where vendor-specific setup questions exist, support may direct buyers to the product documentation or vendor guidance.
We may process account, purchase, and support-ticket information required for order delivery, invoice access, fraud prevention, and support resolution.
Ticket submissions and order metadata may be reviewed by authorized admin operators to troubleshoot issues.
We may update these terms as features evolve. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the latest version.
